I can’t say enough about this place. It’s perfect from the décor to the management. After seeing the original pictures on their website I was shocked see what the new owner had done. The whole place has been totally renovated, not a single detail was missed. Quality features including radiant heated flooring, granite counter tops and glass sinks in the... More

I spent two nights at the Auberge for a business meeting with 6 other colleagues. We rented seven of the eight rooms so we had the place to ourselves. The Auberge is a nice and welcoming building, with a large foyer / living room, tastefully decorated and with a nice wood stove. The rooms are small but very comfortable, with... More

New owner as of Aug 2014. Lovely property on the river only a short distance from the Petit Train du Nord trail. Super welcoming, fabulous cook. One of the loveliest evenings and nights ever. The setting is idyllic, the rooms nice, the food incredible. It is a tad hard to find from the trail, so look up in advance how... More

We have just spent a night at the Auberge Å la croisée des chemins and would HIGHLY recommend it. I am puzzled by the bad reviews as I consider that our stay there was perfect. (Perhaps the reviews say more about the guests than the hosts?) The hosts were very welcoming and attentive. They both treated us as valued guests... More

What a place! Once again the owners of that place are not only charming but accomodating.. They suggested dining out in the area. Perfect! They suggested activities at Labelle. We could walk 10 km on the Train du Nord Trail. It is shared between cyclist and pedestrian. We'll go back there anytime. The advantage is you're not on the highway,... More

I stayed here with 3 friends as we cycled the Petit Train du Nord trail. We got a little lost trying to find the B&B as we were looking for directions from the path to turn onto another path. However, we ended up following the sign on Station Road to ride on the highway to get there. The location of... More

I have stayed at the Inn four times so far during the Ironman and Half Ironman events. Its a 10 minute drive from the village and nice and quiet! There is a river running behind the Inn and its great for relaxing. The food is great and the couple running the Inn are very friendly. I will not hesitate to... More

I will start with the positives - the owner of the inn, Claude, is lovely and kind. I had dealt with him on the phone for reservations, and got a very good first impression because of his service. The location and grounds of the inn are beautiful and restful. Again, first impressions were good! The other owner of the inn,... More

It's rare to be the guest in an auberge where you and your entire party are treated with complerte contempt and rudeness by the hostess. Over the course of our stay we were constantly scolded and ordered around. It was a highly unpleasant experience and one whch we will definitely not repeat. The crowning glory was on check out when... More

It started well, with a welcome from Claude and an invitation to treat the house like home. We dutifully removed our shoes (I'd read about the house rules and was happy to comply) and donned the crocks as instructed then listened to the list of "dos and don'ts" from his brittle wife Audille. We had a swim in the river... More
