I absolutely loved this hotel! It is located in a lovely vine yard close to many local wineries. The guests stay in luxury private bungalows with their own patio and plunge pools. Each bungalow also has an upstairs terrace or deck with a fireplace where you can enjoy the view of the snow-capped mountains. The restaurant serves organic food and... More

A stunning location, fantastic staff, beautiful accommodation - I just wish we lived closer. Thank you Cecilia and Michael for a truly unbelievable experience. If you afford to stay here then just book it, you won't regret it.

This is not a hotel without faults, it is a boutique hotel and has its quirks, but the overall experience was wonderful and we will be going back. The arrival is a little tricky as the hotel itself is about 10 minutes from the main road along pot-holed roads. A sturdy 4 x 4 is a absolutely necessary. We stayed... More

This hotel thinks about the personal touches. Such as leaving a bottle of wine in the room. The room itself is nice. The bathroom has a nice clawfoot tub. We went in the winter so couldnt use all the amenties. The restaurant onsite is decent. They do room service for breakfast

We recently stayed at Cavas Wine Lodge for our honeymoon and couldn't have been happier with our decision to stay there. The grounds are gorgeous and evoke a sense of relaxation. You stay admist the vines and have amazing views of the Andes above the vineyards. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and welcoming. I could have stayed in the room... More

Perfect location to explore the bodegas in Mendoza. But more importantly, it is a destination in itself. The rooms are villas situated amongst the grape vines. We sat on a chaise lounge on the roof of our room in front of our own personal outdoor fireplace watching the sun setting on the Andes while drinking wine and appetizers. The room... More

We decided with my wife to spend an weekend in a lodge related to wineyards, and we heard a lot about this place. Just perfect, the service, the rooms, the staff, the quality of food, and what has impressed us, was that how the owners, Cecilia and Martin are looking after all details. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are delicious, and... More

It is everything everyone says. Comfortable. Upscale. Relaxed. Delicious. Pampering. You're greeting warming. Lead to your fabulous villa. And they are fabulous. Fed wonderful meals. And treated like you would expect from a Relais & Chateaux property. The neat thing is that it feels so comfortable. There is never a feeling of stuffiness. It's a place to relax and enjoy... More

Just returned from a brief stay at Cavas, we were a group of 8, aged 19 to 71. We were celebrating my 50th and my MIL's 70th. I have been wanting to stay at Cavas since it opened; we travel often to Argentina and love the local wines. Finally, the opportunity arose! Where do I start? From our pre-arrival emails... More

Cavas Wine Lodge … what a truly magical place! We will definitely be back :) Food – So good! We hadn’t planned to eat lunch and dinner at Cavas each day, but it was so convenient and very tasty. Once we arrived, it was so breath-takingly beautiful that we didn’t want to leave. We even had the chance to speak... More
