Very bad hotel, our experience was simply horrible. Our room was very dirty and iIt was imposible to sleep because there was a noisy party in another room of the hotel. Since there is no staff in the hotel we phoned to a mobile phone but nobodody came to stop the party. We phoned again and no answer. Next day... More

Quite a new build, very simple. We let them know we were arriving at 11pm and picked up the keys from the restaurant next door. Excellent value rooms, new, high-spec bathrooms, free wifi, flat screen tv etc No reception, entry by code but manager friendly. Is on top of supermarket, bar and pizza downstairs and supermarket has coffee shop with pastries. Alsasua is a very small "spaghetti western" town west of Pamplona, because it's rather dead. The hotel is half an hour from Pamplona, so very cheap during the July San Fermin festival.
