Ideally located for travellers by road as it is just off the motorway, but away from the town and very, very quiet in a mainly residential area. The hotel is modern and exceptionally clean, the rooms are very functional and air conditioned. There is safe parking. However, the restaurant and bar were closed (Tuesday evening) due to some 'technical' issue... More

The hotel itself is very nice. But no bar open and no restaurant open. This is a problem as you have no option other than the room service menu. Rooms very modern and clean. Staff helpful. If they could open the bar etc it would have been fantastic.

About 10 min cab ride from the city center, Zizur Mayor Hotel is ideal for being away from the hustle and bustle during the San Fermin festivities which was perfect for us since we didn't want to listen to (or smell) the 24 hour party. The hotel was clean, modern and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful for all... More

I stayed here with friends while taking in the festival of San Fermin. As far as hotels go it's a clean place with a modern look/feel. The rooms are small - it's Europe, deal with it. It's a bit of a hike to the city center where all the activity was going on but there's a bus that stops across... More

This isn't a great choice. Staff were nice but the way the hotel is set up there are too many rules. Can we order from the to service menu in the lounge? No. Why not? Just daft. Food and drink are reasonably priced. I paid £490 for 2 rooms for two nights and even st San Fermin it was too... More

After three days in smaller hotels in St Jean Pied de Port, Roncesvalles and Zubirir, we were looking forward to staying at a "quality" hotel. How disappointing. Small room, small uncomfortable bed, no room service, and a restaurant that only opened after we went to sleep. There were no open restaurants in the area. We purchased a bottle of wine... More

This hotel is somewhat unique among Pamplona offerings because it is just outside the city limits with reasonable public transportation access. It has no charm and boasts that sterile look of a modern viable hotel. Yet, it is clean and very functional as well as comfortable. The rooms’ views are open and half over a small public park. The heating/AC... More

We were walking the Camino and booked this hotel as a respite from noisy hotels one night. The room we had was fab - two very comfortable twin beds with nice linen and pillows, a mini bar, fabulous bathroom with bidet and lovely toiletries. The window in our room opened which was great for getting some fresh air. The hotel... More

Located on the outskirts of the city, this hotel offered a good rate, free parking (some AC hotels charge for parking) and modern, comfortable rooms. Our room was clean, professionally prepared and the beds were quite comfortable (not always a given with some hotels we experienced). Their breakfast buffet was included and offered the customary European cold cuts, cheese slices,... More

I was traveling with a 3 year old boy visiting Pamplona while my daughter was on a college trip a the University of Navarra. This hotel is just outside of Pamplona so a taxi to/from Pamplona is not cheap but buses are very cheap, clean, convenient and easy with a toddler in a stroller. It is only 1.20 euros one... More
