Spent three nights here for a 50th birthday celebration and everyone loved it. The lodge is fantastic and well equipped with almost everything you could possibly need. It is so peaceful and as our only neighbours were sheep this only added to the charm. The sound system was amazing and just what we needed for our 'party weekend' All the... More

Fabulous stay for 2 weeks with family and dogs whilst I worked in Glasgow every day by catching the train from West Calder. The decor and cottage was wonderful, whilst the peace and quiet was so welcomed, G was very welcoming and we would not only thoroughly recommend but will definitely be back!!

It was the perfect location for friends coming in from Ireland, Geneva and England - easy access from both roads and airports - Glasgow and Edinburgh. You do need a car as its off the beaten track. The rooms are spacious and bright with wonderful views. It has a... More

Spent 5 days here for Easter with a few family members and we wanted to stay for another 5 at the end of it!! Absolutely stunning house and surroundings. No expense has been spared in this house. It is home away from home. Warm and inviting, with all the mod cons. Clean and fresh with plenty of space in every... More

Attended a birthday party at Craigengar Lodge, with around 20 guests. The Lodge is a fantastically designed building, with plenty of accomodation for the guests. It is very spacious, with lots of quiet areas to chill out and read or simply take in the fantasic views of the farm and nearby hills. It has all the mod cons required for... More

I have just returned from a long weekend staying in Craigengar, at Crosswoodhill Farm Holidays Cottages. I stayed with a group of friends and we found the accommodation to be exceptional - modern, stylish, hugely spacious, and very, very well equipped. We stay in a fair few holiday rentals, and rarely find ones as enjoyable and of this standard. The... More

We loved our stay,it's a great place for all the family.Orlege End is really well equipped, nice to not have to pack everything, especially with young children.Geraldine looked after us well and had a fantastic collection of guide books.I would thoroughly recommend the farm and it's no distance from Edinburgh too.
