The hostelry accommodation is scattered around numerous stone buildings in this semi-restored hamlet. Rooms are simply furnished with small beds, linoleum flooring and `70s style en-suites, but they are clean and of a good size. The Hospitaliers is situated at the top of the hill in a mediaeval village. Access is not for the faint-hearted, but the climb is well worth it. This charming and luxurious hotel is situated in the historic Knights Hospitaliers' fortress of Le Poet-Laval in the Dome area of Provence.
