Stayed at Villa Fabrica for 8 nights in September with my husband and baby of 5 months we had a amazing time and was the perfect accommodation for the peaceful and relaxing break we just needed after a crazy few months , We was upgraded to a bigger villa with the old wheat machine in , which was a fantastic... Had the most amazing 7 days in the Villa. Was able to make a lunch almost like Thanksgiving dinner. 16 friends and 2 massive chicken from the local Carrefour store. I loved the villa. Felt like home 🏡 I must say it's better than we expected. All the facilities have high-end equipments. Thanks again Villa Fabrica ❤

We had such a great time at Villa Fabrica. The place was beautiful and plenty big for our group of 12. We rented all of the villas for our group. We loved that we could all have our separate "houses" for privacy but still be all together in one compound. The staff was excellent. Ewa was so helpful and friendly!... More

A beautiful villa which ticks all the boxes. Except when it comes to the poor management. Our car was swapped (for no reason) to a dirty, older, simply worse vehicle. This to make matters worse was carried out by a rude, unsympathetic man who had already caused problems upon arrival at the airport. The hostess would wonder in uninvited for... More

Thank you for staying with us, even if you stayed only for two nights and you did not have the time to fully appreciate our services. From my understanding, your car was swapped from the rental company because it was already pre-booked for someone else. I hope that the reason you did no refilled the gas tank after your departure... We stayed here in June 2015 for four nights. A family of three with a nine year old. We ended up at Villa Fabrica by accident because our booking Oia was canceled when they realized that we had a child. By that time virtually everything that was suitable (nice enough) was fully booked in Santorini along the cliff villages. In... More

Our group consisted of 4 adults and 2 children ages 8 and 10. We rented the Katoy Villa, which is the entire bottom level with a jacuzzi. Katoy is a three bedroom (2 doubles and 2 twins), which was the perfect size for us. It also has 2 showers and 3 toilets. One of the bathroom toilet seats was cracked... More

We understand that due to really bad weather during your stay you did not get to experience the place as most of our guests do. During your stay there was muddy rain and lightning storms which caused a serious damage at the main power pole of the village. We did our best to have everything back to normal within some... More

Stunning views, very unique and beautiful rooms, and a one of a kind place to stay. However, it is up a steep hill of stairs with no alternative (scary if you go out on the town and have one too many!) and also the top of the villas do not have any fences or walls, so kids can climb right... More

The property is located in a traditional and historically preserved village where low railings and multiple level terraces are part of the local architecture and as in most places in Santorini this morphology can sometimes require special attention for children. The laundry service that is provided includes washing, drying and ironing, but in this case since there was not enough... More

Villa Fabrica is beautifully restored, pictures on the website correspond 100% to reality except that the view is so much better when you are there. This is not a hotel, more a self catering accommodation, nevertheless Eva, the lady cleaning and somewhat supervising the house is very nice and available during the day to help; a complimentary orientation was provided... We stayed in villa fabrica for 2 nights beautiful villa and spectacular views The villa we stayed is the first one facing as you enter the gate! the most beautiful one as they still had the old machine that use to make wheat. The rooms and the bathrooms was a WOW factor, the owner certainly did a brilliant job! We... More

We stayed at the Villa Fabrica with our whole family, and it was a VERY nice place, worked for us very well, except for an older member of our party, who had a difficult time going up and down every time we went anywhere, and with the stairs in the village. If no one has trouble going up and down... More
