We arrived to Marina di Ragusa without having lodging reservations, only the dream of finding a room with a balcony view of the sea. As soon as we walked into Hotel Miramare and met Luciano at the front desk, we knew this was the place for us. Firstly, Luciano could not have been any friendlier or more accommodating (and we... We had booked for two nights, but decided to leave after the first night. Unfriendly atmosphere and staff. We travelled with children and they where not welcomed - we were told to be quiet from the moments we entered the hotel. Staff was rude and showed up in our room complaining about clothing on the floor. Small rooms with poor... More

Whilst we were there for a one night stay go see of Marina di Ragusa , part of a 4 day holiday in Sicily. This 4 Star hotel was a didissapointment. On the Main Street opposite the beach-but rooms are very sparse for a standard room and being a 4 star. With no chair in the room unless you take... More

A nice hotel, right across the road from a busy beach,my wife and myself have just spent 2 weeks there, but i would say that is to long to spend just staying in this one location. We had a hire car and went to different places/beaches every day,we never heard another english voice while we there,so Luca and the other staff were... We stayed in this hotel for 1 night and I am very glad it was only one night. We couldn't spend time in our room due to the noise coming from the restaurant downstairs. Even with ear plugs in you could still hear thumping music and couldn't sleep. You could also hear everyone in the corridor and in the rooms... More

Dear lady. Sorry not been found well at our facility. However I have some notes to her about her complaints. 1 The restaurant and 'owned' hotel. I do not know who has told you otherwise. 2 the night that she stayed there was a banquet at the restaurant. There was music. When she and 'complained were 9.30 pm and e'... More

we stayed here for 3 nights in the middle of October in a room with a private terrace overlooking the sea. The hotel is in a brilliant position facing the sea within 100 metres of several restaurants and bars. The hotel has recently been modernised and the room was lovely and spacious and very light with 2 sets of patio... More

Take no notice of reviews prior to 18 months ago, as this hotel has been renovated and is amazing in everyway. The location is overlooking a sandy beach, with resturants a couple of minutes walking distance away from the hotel. We were driving around S.E Sicily and it was a lovely spot to spent the last few days of our... More

While visiting Sicily and staying in Marzamemi, we decided to visit Marina di Ragusa for a night because we were here before and loved it. We wanted something on the beach and close to our favourite restaurant here (Alberto's) so we chose Hotel Miramare. The hotel is gorgeous inside -- modern and clean. The front desk was extremely friendly, even... More

As we wanted to visit the Baroque Towns in South-Eastern Sicily we gave some thought to where to stay so to visit the area easily. We decided to just drive around and make up our minds on the go. We ended up at Hotel Miramare in Marina di Ragusa. It is a tourist resort for Italians so off season the... More
