I stayed for 1 night and enjoyed a very agreeable steak in the restaurant? I was served by Gemma in the restaurant and Juan and Jose in the bar. The staff were very attentive, and were happy to hold a short conversation without making you feel rushed. I would have no hesitation in staying here again. Thank you Jose, Juan... More

The rooms are clean and beds comfortable, The staff are friendly and the bar is pleasant. If you have an early flight its the best place to stay. My only real issue with this place is for years they have had some really crappy old TV's in the rooms with shockingly bad images.

I have stayed in this hotel quite a few times now, for business and whilst holidaying, I have to say the food, service and the team are A*, nothing is ever to much bother for them. The rooms are of a very high standard and are very comfortable, With little or no noise from the airport / planes. Great job... More

Three if us missed our flight back to uk so walked across the road and stayed here. We found the staff very professional. The bar and food is good enough , the rooms are clean though too hot, everything was ok and good value. This place delivers budget accommodation and does well at that Hegel. If your looking fir very... More

My sister, her sister in law, our sister in law and myself stayed at the Maldron Hotel 1st January as we had an early flight the next day. The holiday started there and then we had excellent service from Jose (the wine waiter), Amy (0ur waitress) and last but not least Mark (the chef). It was great at this was... More

Room was fine but the heating would not adjust down so room was boiling. Bed was comfortable & bathroom dated but adequate . Clean & tidy . Reception was fast & efficient. Service was good Barman was polite and efficient even though he was really busy and had a few demanding customers. Handy for airport

This was booked as a relaxation experience for our wedding Anniversary and New Years Eve - to chill out before our flight next afternoon to London. All the staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. Juan is a fine barman with professional waiting service skills + made great cocktails - was entertaining but difficult to understand him at times as... More

My wife and I were flying out from Belfast International Airport in the early hours of 28 December and decided to stay the previous night at the Maldron (great decision given the weather). On arrival the receptionist was pleasant and helpful and as we had booked through another website offered us a 10% discount off our next stay in any... More

Stayed one night with a friend before taking an early flight to visit the Christmas Market in Birmingham. Efficient & friendly check-in with car parking system fully explained. We had an excellent evening meal with professional service. Our room was just as required for a one night stay - clean, comfortable and no noise whatsoever which was surprising considering the...
