Arrived with time to spare before our early evening flight. Had a more relaxing time across the street in the hotel bar than in the airport food court. Serves food all afternoon. The fish and chips were excellent and actually cheaper than the airport, eaten in a quiet relaxing space. The hotel offers free WiFi too though I could not... More

I stayed here recently during a short business trip. Checking in was a breeze, the staff were very friendly and the process took literally minutes. The restaurant was very busy so I ate in the bar. The staff were extra friendly and the food reasonably priced. Its ridiculously close to the airport entrance but there was no flight noise at... More

Couldn't really get any closer to the airport, the good news is that you can't hear the planes. Its a very clean hotel but slightly dated. The restaurant is very nice and the food was top notch. Staff are friendly and helpful. It ideal as a base if your staying Belfast for a few days and you can walk to... More

This is an annoying place. It seems to be the only hotel for miles around and if you are arriving late or leaving early it's the obvious choice for one night and the hotel is run on that premise - they can charge a lot for a pretty basic hotel and cursory service. Next time I will take the good... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night on the 7th June. We checked in at 2pm and got our room key and went up to our room with the plans to freshen up before going downstairs to the bar for some food but when we got up to our room our room was not cleaned at all. I... More

Don't let the address of Aldergrove give you the wrong impression of this hotel - it is just across a small side road from Belfast International Airport. It is so easy to walk to and from the airport and car rental sites to the hotel. Fantastic location if flying in or out of the airport. The front desk staff were... More

As a hotel industry person myself for several years and when in transit I have been using this hotel for past 9 years (previously Park Plaza) I have seen changes in staff (although some remained) and changes in running of hotel. Stayed June 6th and KUDOS to Emmett on his professionalism when I pointed out some housekeeping issues, which Emmett... More

It could not be much closer, less then 5 mins walk from the front door to being in the airport terminal. Ideal for a late arrival or early departure. I stayed 1 night as part of a country wide coach tour, so I can't tell what the price was. I had a room on the second floor, thought it was... More
