Jackie Renault & Staff worked hard all day to make the wedding a huge success, the food and venue was amazing. We and family members stayed overnight and had a lovely breakfast, our room(33) was large, spotless and comfortable and had a fab view overlooking the haven. Can't thank them enough for looking after us all and making the day... More

The bedroom itself was comfortable, a little out dated and poky, but overall nice enough. The food was lovely, plenty of choice on the menu too. The staff were really helpful, I had forgotten my phone charger and they searched high and low to try and find me one! Very polite also. The views were beautiful, overlooking the Docks, very... We stayed here overnight as we often do when visiting family. We weren't disappointed, the room is spacious, well appointed, and the ensuite is sizable. The bed is huge and very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent with lots to choose from, cooked, cereal, pastries, fresh fruit, juice. The service is excellent, and nothing is too much trouble for the staff.... More

Just a one night stay whilst in the area. Chose an entry level (ie. least expensive) room so view was of the road - fair enough. Room was decent size, clean and fairly well appointed, the TV took a bit of figuring out. Reasonable WiFi everywhere. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was fresh and plentiful (not sure about the... More

We enjoyed our two nights here. Our room(33) was large with a good view across the water towards Neyland. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom well equipped. I raised with management a couple of issues which could be improved. The tiny tv's are apparently being replaced. The lack of a shower mixer should be addressed when the... More

We stayed at the hotel as a guest for a local wedding. The reception was at the hotel in the evening. The hotel is in a quiet rural setting with an excellent view of the river, bridge and old marina beyond. Good local amenities are a taxi ride away. The rooms are ok, a bit small but the bar /...
