Situated in the Conwy Valley near Llanrwst, this hotel overlooks the river Conwy and benefits from great views to the front of the premises. From the moment I arrived, for my one night stay, nothing was too much trouble for Lyndsey and his staff. There is a really great Welsh welcome to be found on this hillside. A blazing fire... More

The Princes Arms is situated overlooking the River Conwy on the back road between Llanwrst and Conwy. Mine hosts Ann and Lindsay Gordon have run the establishment for almost a quarter of a century and are now adopted Welsh folk - although both cling strongly to their roots in Newcastle-upon-Tyne and Berwick-on-Tweed. The food, prepared by Ann and her kitchen... More

We visited the hotel in August for my partners birthday and was glad we had. The room was great, views wonderful and the staff friend;y. The food in the restauraunt was fantistic, amongst the best I have ever tasted (and I have worked in a top London hotel)). In fact, we liked the food so much that when we got... More

Visited the Princes Arms for a meal with friends. The service and food were top quality, with a varied menu of well cooked food. 3 course about £23.00. Did not stay so don't know what the rooms like

Hotel was booked on our behalf, as a Sat night stay with family to enable us all to attend the Tree Tops Adventure on the Sun. The hotel staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The evening meal was wonderful and will be going back for food, when in the area. A car will be needed, even though I did... More

We came on a bank holiday weekend and stayed at the princes arms as it was the very last place in Snowdonia to still have a room. Everywhere else was booked out (and had been for weeks we were told) and we soon found out why!! When we arrived at the hotel the first thing we smelt was the fat... More

Have stayed a few times and it just gets better. Food unbelievable. Owners great. In a quiet village, 2 pubs. Ideal for walking, fishing or just winding down.
