Very friendly and helpful owners, nothing is too much trouble. Have used them on a number of occasions before joining a cruise, they even look after your car and organise transport to your ship. You don't have to leave early either. Rooms an densities are rather small which is the only downside but if you are staying overnight it's fine.... More

Firstly thank you Chris and Carol for a warm welcome. Once again you added an extra days holiday to a wonderful cruise. This service is first class and I found myself recommending it to others on the cruise. There seems little point in going in to more detail as other reviews reveal the warmth and quality of service offered. Thanks... More

We shall certainly be staying at Twin Oaks again if we are cruising from Southampton. Lovely hotel with a nice room in the adjacent bungalow made for a nice comfortable nights sleep. Good for me having no stairs. There was chairs outside on the grass to sit in the afternoon sun, before gently walking across the road to The Sir... More

A number of people have commented , correctly, that the rooms are not the biggest in the world but I would rather have a warm welcome, fabulous service and a stress free trip to Southampton docks than stay in a room the size of the Albert Hall. From start to finish , from the booking process to the goodbye after... More

I am so pleased I came across Twin Oaks and it's great reviews on Trip Advisor when searching for a pre-cruise b&b as this made the start of our holiday stressless. Although our room was on the small side, it was more than adequate for an overnight stay with a very comfy bed and lovely hot power shower. Chris and... More

We had a cycling weekend in the New Forest and stayed here one night. When I booked, only the smallest room was available but due to a cancellation, we were upgraded. The room was still very small but for an overnight stay, this was fine. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The owners are very friendly and welcoming and... More

Had a comfortable stay. Carol and Chris were very welcoming. The bedrooms were on the small side, but had what was needed. Very easy to find, with plenty of parking space. Plenty of choice for breakfast, the full English was perfectly cooked. A lovely location for exploring the new forest and surrounding areas.

We stayed at Twin Oaks on 13th June prior to sailing away on a Mediterranean cruise on the independence of the seas. This b& b had great reviews on trip advisor which is why I chose it. The deal was for bed and breakfast for two people with car parking for 2 weeks and transfers to and from the docks.... More
