We stayed here with our children for Legoland and well, I suppose that should have been the clue. Unsurprisingly, full of families and children. OK room but small and shower with cracked tiles, mould and no water pressure. Breakfast fine, facilities bland and don't expect much. Pool OK but kids swimming restricted times and then they blocked half the pool... More

Four friends stayed for a single night while traveling up the Thames. The hotel is huge with incredibly long corridors to some of the rooms, we met a number of people lost, trying to find their rooms or the way out. The room was like a throwback to the 1980's, I haven't seen a bathroom like that for over 30... More

Stayed here in July with a group of girlfriends, as you pull up to the hotel it has a very impressive entrance…..but that is about it. We was checked in pretty quickly, and “pointed” to our rooms…..what we didn’t get told was that our room was located about a mile away from reception, it was such a long walk and... More

After staying at this hotel I can honestly say that I would never stay at a Principle Hayley hotel again. The impressive website simply doesn't match up to what you get when you arrive. At nearly 9 months pregnant upon check in we were given a room that was at least a 15 minute walk from reception!! On the first... More

We spent 2 nights (Friday & Saturday) and thought we were in for a treat when we arrived. The hotel is very grand from the outside, with a modern & spacious reception. Upon checking in, we were told the hotel was no longer serving food (10.00pm on the Friday), which wasn't unreasonable, we were then told we could order from... More

This Hotel is situated out of the way and you need a car to access the surrounding areas. When booking this hotel on the web, you get the impressions of a lovely country Mansion House estate, which would normally lend itself to the area being close to Windsor. Do not be fooled by this as this Hotel is just a glorified... More

Was really disappointment with the whole experience here as a corporate client. The food was terrible at both evening meal and breakfast. Evening menu offered 3 out of 5 as vegetarian options, one as a pie and chips (more winter fare - our trip was in summer) and one chicken dish. Breakfast was powdery eggs and bacon with after taste.... More

Stayed here for one night, upon driving up the driveway you are greeted with amazing grounds and period buildings which are great, if only the rest of the stay had lived up to this, don't expect to be checked in before 3pm as this will not happen in my experience , there is no air con in the bulk if... A gorgeous looking building, with beautifully maintained garden surroundings. Staff were not hospitable, very basic care to guests, not a welcoming feeling. Staff do not know where facilities are so are happy to point you in the WRONG direction until they finally admit they don't know where you have to go back on yourself and end up in same spot... More

We stayed in the white house and had the only room with a balcony We upgraded at reception and were very pleased when we got to our room which was immaculate and very modern The grounds of the hotel looked very nice and if it wasnt raining it would have been lovely to walk around Would definately return
