From the moment you walk through the day the charm of this place envelopes you and the owners make you feel so very welcome and are extremely friendly. For a base to explore Cornwall this is a place to be taken. It is clean, comfortable - the beds and pillows are superb - the place is full of character and... More

Firstly I was in the single room in the main building so can't comment on doubles.... The room was small (it was a single so you sort of expect that!) but clean and comfortable being on a busyish road opening the window was an issue but thoughtfully there was a fan so not an issue in september. The road never... More

Myself and partner stayed here in August. A very nice hotel, quaint rooms, not particularly big, but didn't bother us, very clean rooms and lovely bed and bedding, very comfortable nights sleep. There are seating area both inside and out, but no bar, though the hotel does have a licence to serve alcohol, which is kept in a room by... More

A beautiful stone building beside a busy main road. The young staff were helpful and hardworking A credit to the hotel. Our room was in a coach house across the car park. It was a small, tired room but clean with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was large with a bath and a very small shower. The restaurant was excellent.... More

Spent three nights at Trehallas this week and was amazed yet again at the quality of their food. The menu really is exceptional quality at exceptional prices. Superb value for money. We love this place so much that we held our wedding reception here four years ago. The rooms are real country-cottage style and the beds extremely comfortable. Debra &... More

I have stayed here many times on business. The place is an absolute gem. I love it, the owners, staff and the food! So much so, we return at least once a year for a holiday. It's perfectly located to explore the north Cornwall coast, close to Wadebridge which is lovely and a stones throw from the camel trail. You... More

We had a one night stay here and can only say we wished it was longer! The staff were genuinely helpful and lovely, not just 'its my job' friendly. We stayed in the coach house, upstairs in a superior room. It was everything you would want, leather swivel chair to relax in, small upholstered chair to sit and read and,... More

I wanted a break in Cornwall just to get away and visit the lost gardens of Heligan, I search booking.com and came across this hotel, we were not disappointed with our choice. We stayed in the cottage in a small double room, it had all the necessities, only problem was the quilt was far to hot for this time of... More
