Just returned from a 3 night stay at this hotel and i'm appalled at their customer relations. If you have Fibromyalgia or CFS or MS or other joint problems do not stay here. On the second morning I left a list of complaints and was not going to settle my bill in full-silly me for thinking that, the minute I... More

We are returning home after staying 4 nights, at the Snooty Fox. We had a lovely stay. The. restaurant folk were lovely, as was the food both at breakfast and in the restaurant. The room was comfortable. The only thing we would say is the carpet in our room was tired and stained. Also everytime we entered our room, we... More

It's a shame when something goes wrong you get ignored and treated appallingly, we arrived at 2300 after 200 mile drive room lights left on and key in room. But when we went to have a shower no water at all, tried to my a hot drink and the kettle didn't work, not at great start. Called the hotel number... More

This is a lovely little hotel with excellent parking and very handy for Looe, Polperro and the Eden Project. Rooms great although as a few have said there are issues with the showers and they are not very soundproof. Breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. This was not expensive to stay here via an Amazon local deal which... More

Fabulous, friendly little hotel. Loved it and only a couple of miles from Looe. Food was really nice too and loads of easy parking. The views were wonderful and the bed was ultra comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

This is 2 businesses. The B&B is unusual, but quite good. Very clean and the rooms are large. We had a family room which included a small kitchen with micro-wave and fridge. Host is a little over-bearing. Towels we so thin and overloaded with fabric conditioner. The restaurant is run by somebody else, a separate business entirely. To book a... More

Our stay was fine in room 13, but I can understand comments from people with noisy neighbours. Yes the walls could have been soundproofed when built at little cost. Luckily our neighbours were quiet but we could still hear them. Having said that, the room was comfy clean, and had a nice view. The breakfast was good with a good... More

This hotel is nice in appearances and is in a good location close to looe making it a good base to have. Unfortunately our stay there could have been improved by some pretty basic things. Firstly our first night there wasn't too peaceful as the rooms next to us were up late drinking and the walls are paper thin. We... More

where do I start, I booked up through booking.com for a two night stay using the dog friendly addition on the website, when we arrived after a six hour journey we were told in no uncertain terms that we could not stay because we had a dog, I explained to the rather uncourteous gentlemen that we had gone through the...
