Absolutely adore this place. The afternoon tea was certainly an afternoon delight! The sun was blazing! Had some table service for the drinks which was lovely. We had afternoon tea in the breeze house which was gorgeous. The afternoon tea was amazing. You wouldn't think that a few sandwiches and some cake could fill you up so much. If I... More

Stayed here in April 2015. My sister and I stayed overnight at the spa hotel in a balcony suite which was clean, comfortable, and relaxing! We had access to the aqua thermal journey which was wonderful, very relaxing and very clean. On our first day we had booked a mud chamber, the lady who very friendly and efficient and explained... Booked an afternoons spa package for myself and my wife which included 2 hours in the thermal pool, massage, afternoon tea. The whole afternoon was fantastic and very relaxing. The thermal experience in the different saunas, steam rooms and the pool was very good and each one was explained to you. The afternoon tea which we had in the restaurant... More

Visited here with 5 old friends for a 3 night spa break. We had a cottage for 6, which was clean, well decorated and well maintained. The kitchen was fine but, as is usual for many holiday lets, the quality of the kitchen equipment was poor - very blunt knives that were practically unusable, only 1 serving dish etc -... More

Visited with 4 other friends on a 2 night spa break. This is our 4th year running. Rooms comfortable although starting to look a little tired, the carpet in the lounge in the 2 bedroom suite was full of stains so really think this needs looking at. Food was very nice, we had breakfast both mornings in our room, highly... More

My mother and I stayed at the spa hotel on Thursday 18th of June and couldn't have been happier with the experience. Upon arrival the staff welcomed us warmly as if we were old friends, making us feel comfortae and at ease, which was important considering we were about to walk around the building in nothing but our bikinis and... Hotel is really comfortable, aesthetic and friendly. Spa has a wide scope of treatments and the multiple pool, steam rooms and relaxation areas are just amazing. Having no kids in the hotel means it's relaxing too. I ate in the Orangery restaurant both nights and had room service breakfast. Orangery food is just stunning and special. Can't fault anything about... More
