The front entrance looked promising, but that was it. A salesman had booked and prepayd this hotel for us, because of our early flight from Stansted the day after. Weird decor and filthy restrooms. We arrived on what looked like a quiet afternoon, only to fiend our booking mixed up. The man in the reception couldnt find one of our... More

We picked this as it was the cheapest hotel with a family room nearest to Stansted. Where do I start! the artwork of the reception/ cafe style restaurant thing, looked like a GCSE project which was crazy and random. An example is what I imagine is a Garden of Eden scene but there is a peacock sitting on a giant... More

Our room was a nice size with a large en suite bathroom and had nice decor, I particularly liked the voile curtains. The room was fairly clean, and well stocked, including ironing facilities. It is obviously regularly hoovered and dusted, but the carpets could do with a shampoo. There was free wi fi but the signal was a bit hit and... More

This may not be the best hotel in the world, but to be honest, you get what you pay for! The hotel is basic and so is the room, but for cheap overnight accommodation and cheap parking actually, value for money, it was reasonable. I was not paying for a four star hotel so did not expect to get one.... More

Ist room the door would not lock so changed room to next door. 2nd room was next to entrance, we asked for a quiet room it was so noisy after 4.0 am despite our request. The shuttle bus was outside the window and the corridor next to the room, so continuous noise and disturbance from trolley cases and sliding bus... More

Room was comfortable enough, however the toilet had nasty urine streaks on the outside of the bowl which had not been cleaned in some time by the look of it. And I was joined in the bathroom by a steady stream of ants. I ate in the restaurant which was a mistake, a completely tasteless pizza cost 10.99 and the... More

the best point of this hotel is the location: few km away from Stansted Airport; the hotel provides also a bus to Airport for £4,5 every half hour (not too bad!). The room was very nice and has the main comforts you need. Breakfast was not as big as i thought; it was poor (few biscuits and a cappuccino...) It... More

Ok so the decor wasn't to my taste, but I wasn't planning on living there and at least it unique! The beds comfi, it's quiet, I felt safe and it was clean. What more could I ask for! The staff were friendly especially the women who served us. The shuttle service was good and very handy (cost £9 return journey).... More

We also stayed here on our return journey 9th dec, we waited 20 mins for hotel transfer when he arrived he was rude & all you could smell was petrol, it actually made me feel... More

I have stayed at this hotel several times. The rooms are clean and serve a purpose. The shuttle service to and from airport was on time and both drivers where pleasant, although one was a lot more chatty. I do think some the staff could improve on their customer skills though. Reuben (mgr)and Sarni were very helpful. We did not eat in... More
