We booked an overnight stay as an anniversary treat through an online offer by Amazon. The deal looked like good value but you never know as they say! We were very agreeably surprised to be told we had been given a room upgrade and when got to the room there was a bottle of bubbly in an ice bucket. We... More

My partner and I enjoyed our stay here on the whole. We booked a premium room which I thought came with a mini bar but this was not the case. We stayed in a ground floor room, accessed downstairs from reception. Again, as we'd booked a premium room we were hoping for a nice view of the grounds but all... More

Lovely hotel, excellent quality rooms. Very inviting. Restaurant served an excellent breakfast. Dinner was very nice, staff were friendly but the service was incredibly slow, not that it particularly mattered to us on this occasion.

We stayed here as one of the few places that still had rooms available when we went to book the RIAT air show 2 weeks in advance. The fact that there were still rooms available probably says it all! The room itself was large and clean and the bed was comfortable. The price for the room was very reasonable. However,... More

There is nothing remarkable about this hotel. The room (in the newer section) I stayed in was nicely sized and in good condition. There is no AC, but does have a portable fan. The room WiFi is steady, but slow. The location of the hotel is not within walking distance of anything of interest/need. The restaurant food is good.

Stayed overnight on a good value Travelzoo offer. Dinner bed and Breakfast, including a bottle of wine at a very reasonable cost. The room was large, comfortable, had two chairs and a small table so relaxing in our room was a pleasure. We had a large window which was ceiling to floor overlooking a lovely garden with mature trees and... More

We bought an all inclusive package which consisted of an overnight stay, dinner, bottle of wine and late check out. Fantastic value! The meal was delicious and we were able to upgrade our wine. The staff were helpful. The hotel in general could do witha lick of paint here and there, some areas look tired, however, We had a very... More

Stayed here for one night through a Travelzoo offer which made it good value. Had a premium room which was spacious, and reasonably well equipped. Bathroom a little tired. Nice big window overlooking the large garden which was good for a short stroll. Main areas of the hotel were smart and there was a comfortable bar to sit in. Dinner was... More
