I came with a friend for a spa weekend, and it was a fantastic price in a lovely location. The spa treatments were average but I guess that's what you get with a package deal. The spa facilities were great so can't complain about that, and it has a good gym. Absolutely lovely food and good service from all the... More

Definitely a bit tired but good value vs other hotels in the area last minute on a bank hol. Staff all very pleasant - overly apologetic for a small delay whilst our booking was located. Room OK - bit tired but well proportioned, wonderful view and very clean. We enjoyed the pool (avoid kid time - was empty our whole... More

Ample free parking at the hotel. Check in was quick and easy we booked this as part of an Amazon Local deal, which included one night stay, dinner, breakfast and a bottle of wine. Worth noting that the dinner is actually a £25 credit each, which won't fully cover a full three course, and the wine is served with your... More

Stayed one night after a meeting in Cheltenham. My single room was overlooking the gardens and golf course at the rear of the hotel and was clean and comfortable (especially the 4ft bed) if dated in its decor. The hairdryer had seen better days but worked (got very hot) and the tea/coffee was well stocked. The carpet by the single... More

We stayed at this hotel last Sunday. We were welcomed by all the staff who were very friendly, helpful and very professional. The hotel was very comfortable and clean. Great value for dinner, bed and breakfast. The dinner was lovely. If I were to find one fault it was breakfast. The waitress not helpful. We had to request tea and toast.... More

I stayed here for one night for a business meeting the next day in Cheltenham. The entire hotel is run down. I think the hotel gets a lot of travel agent bookings for people visiting the Spa because I cannot understand why anyone would want to stay here. The bedroom was on the second floor. It was tiny and dirty.... More

I stayed at the Cheltenham Park Hotel mid week whilst away from home on business. my room was pleasant and bright however was flooded with constant piped piano music! Which was loud incessant and did not finish until 23.00hrs. The following morning it began again at 06.57hrs. Not ideal if you need a good nights sleep ahead of a heavy... More

The hotel is out a bit in a parklike location, with an adjacent golf course. I had breakfast there two mornings, and it was a pretty good buffet. Why they didn't have eggs on the buffet when breakfast was supposed to start I'm not sure. I was staying there as part of a group tour, and our group ate dinner... More

We attended a conference at this large hotel. Set in rolling hills next to golf course this former Georgian Country house has an impressive core with some questionable hospital like extensions. The staff were from across the globe, friendly and making every effort to help us. Their problem was the shambolic organisation - Rooms were not ready. food was not... More
