I've stayed in many hotels. This must have been the worst! Even though it advertises having NO lifts - you don't expect to have to go down 4 flights of stairs from our bedroom to the restrurant. Justed returned from a stay at this hotel, everything was fine, the staff in the restaurant very polite and helpful. Room was very comfortable and clean.
