Recently stayed in this superb hotel. Prime location, 8 kms from Galway City overlooking Galway Bay and Arran Isles in distance. Wonderful welcome and food and service in restaurant five star quality Hotel itself a little tired and needing a makeover. However this did mar our stay there and would recommend this hotel as an ideal base for touring the... More

A very impressive looking hotel set right on the coast. Beautiful outlook over the coast with picturesque grounds to meander through. Internet is available and free. Rooms are large, double glazing, so quiet, and we had one of the air conditioned rooms. The bed is comfortable, pillows not so (thin -so we needed 2) and the amenities good. Dinner &... More

The hotel is situated on a stunning part of the Irish coast. The decor is acceptable but looking tired and in need of an makeover. The rooms are airy and a good size, but the bathroom lacked a mixer tap (surely a basic these days), and my wife pointed out that there was no make up mirror; the result being,... More

The hotel is lovely with superb staff who treated us like royalty from check in to check out. Nothing was too much trouble. The lobby is lovely and bright. The food is good and... More
