Food below standard. Room nice inside but felt that I was entering a bunker. I would not stay here again. Stay clear and search for better deals. I was kept awake half the night with the clinking of wine glasses. The room is as soundproofed as a shoe box and actually not much larger than one. I had to be... More

I think the reviewer had the zombies' all over him at the time he wrote this review. It is his first on trip advisor so let all of us owners hope its also the last. The review is riddled with so many inaccuracies we wondered if there was any point responding. Funny as his review is its also rather pathetic,... More

We were given a very warm welcome when we arrived. The room was very spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was shiny and modern. Great towels too! A good choice of options for breakfast and all well cooked and presented. We would definitely stay there again or go back for a meal. Good base for a visit to Arundel... More

I have stayed at The Lamb three times in the past two months. The quality of service has consistently been good - staff take pride and are confident in the job they do which makes for a welcoming stay. I have stayed in their larger and smaller rooms - I found the smaller rooms to be just as nice as... More

Luckily for us, The Lamb had a room free at such short notice! Arrived late after a long journey and although dinner service should probably have finished, we were able to order a really superb dinner (huge burger with proper chips and a lovely mushroom tagliatelle). We were even given a taster dish with compliments of the chef - we... More

A group of friends just had a 2 night stay here for the Goodwood Races. Martin and the team were very welcoming and accommodating. Great food and service in the restaurant and a perfect breakfast to start the day with. Rooms very well equipped and nicely furnished. They helped sort taxis to the races and would highly recommend it for... More

Visiting friends in Worthing and found The Lamb for an overnight stay. Loved the place from arrival to leaving. Every member of staff I met were courteous and polite. The room had good space, well decorated and bright. Tea, coffee and espresso! The en suite shower room was large (but a tiny wash bowl - sorry guys, my only observation)... More

Our room was Old Wilkie, a spacious, comfortable room with a view out to the front of the pub/hotel. Our evening meals were lovely, well presented and delicious. Breakfast was also very good. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful as was the owner. All in all we could not have chosen a better place for our... More

Could not fault this lovely pub in rural Sussex. Welcoming staff, cosy bar, excellent quality food at dinner and breakfast and really comfortable room with all the facilities you could need. I would heartily recommend.

A lovely gastro pub situated in the centre of this pretty Sussex village with good parking and very pleasant bedrooms. The restaurant is also very pleasing and the staff excellent. The food is a cut above the usual pub fare and the wine list very good with reasonable choices at acceptable prices. In terms of accommodation I would heartily recommend... More

We called in here for a drink or two whilst staying in the village. There's some interesting local beers to try. There's also restaurant and a garden terrace should you want to take advantage of them. The staff are friendly and the lamb does appear to be the centre of village life with lots of locals calling in.
