i recently attended a wedding at the vivaldi suite at this hotel and i was very impressed with the overall occasion the food was execlent as was the attitude of all the staff i would definatly reccommend this venue to others

My partner and I recently stayed here as a base to explore Chester and the surrounding area. We had a very pleasant stay, the staff were very helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. We would definitely recommend this hotel .

Location was good for us, heading for a ferry, room was ok, good size if dated, but beds soft and poor quality cheap bedding and especially pillows. Stayed two nights at this hotel. Comfortable accommodation, good clean rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast really good everything from fruit juice to pastries and full English. The drinks at the bar were expensive, pushed up the bill.
