We were a large party for lunch but the hotel couldn't have been more helpful and accomodating. We had an excellent lunch which all seemed to have been prepared and cooked on the premises. Apart from the wasps, which the hotel could not be blamed for, we all enjoyed our meal and left replete and happy. Will return!

Stayed for two nights in the main hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel and surroundings were stunning. We had two amazing meals in the restaurant and can highly recommend it. We were very tempted to have the same meal two nights in a row but thought we better try something different and it was as good... More

We are currently staying at Gellifawr hotel and cottages in the lovely "Coach House" as a weekend getaway for my birthday. Many thanks for taking the time to review Gellifawr Hotel and Cottages. We are terribly sorry you did not enjoy your stay at the hotel. Firstly, to answer your points, room 5 is not in the attic, is on the second floor of the 17th century farm house. The kettle has now been replaced. As we have our own spring... More

Thank you so much for taking the time to review the Gellifawr Hotel. I would like to apologise about your lack of sleep due to kitchen fan. We have now rectified the problem as Chef turns off the fan after service. Due to hot weather, the fan had been left on to cool down the kitchen. We were so glad... More

Travel down quiet lanes with stunning views over Pembrokshire National Park scenery. Stunning. Hotel really nice. We stayed in one of the 2 person and dog cottages. Clean, quaint and plenty of room. If possible ask for one that does not have other accomodation above it. Can be very noisy from people above. Picnic tables and barbecue area a nice... More

We booked this two night stay through Travelzoo at £89 for B&B. The breakfast was delicious especially the local bacon. The chef was very accommodating with my husbands request for extra black pudding. All the staff were friendly and asked us if we had enjoyed our day out and about. The staff seemed genuinely pleased to answer our questions. We... More

Firstly, may we apologise for the mix up with our booking system. We were very disappointed that we had let you down with the original cottage that you had booked. Self catering cottages are not provided with any food, but we do offer a complimentary "Cuppa" for your arrival whilst you unpack your car. We apologise that your cottage didn't... More

Found this deal on travel zoo. We stated 2 nights in a 1 bed cottage. Firstly I wasn't entirely sure where this place was located other than in the middle of Pembrokeshire coastline national park. We are from a city/town environment so found the area was 'like being in the middle of nowhere' but didn't mind seeing as tho the... More
