Lovely location, quiet and peaceful Good breakfast we did not get chance this time to join for evening meal - looking forward to our next stay hopefully later this year. Lovely staff - could not do more for us when we asked for a location we could not find. Nice to see the changes since last time. Many thanks

Last minute decision to visit Pembrokeshire, couldn't have found a better base to tour North of the County. All staff were very professional and always available. Very large bedroom with four poster bed, newly decorated throughout. Breakfast and evening meal first class.

This review relates only to one of the Gellifawr self catering cottages, DRYGARN. We had stayed in a self catering cottage in the grounds of a hotel before. We liked being able to choose whether to eat at the hotel or self cater. I was informed when booking the cottage it was well equipped , this was not our experience.... More

In the middle of nowhere and at the back and beyond. A 3rd visit and as nice as the previous two. Prices reasonable, rooms lovely, weather very Welsh. No phone signal so factor this in, though hotel broadband adequate. Grub is lovely though not as substantial as there sister hotel in Newcastle Emlyn. Seemed each time we have visited as... More

The hotel is in a rural setting and is very quite and very well presented. The food is very nice and the staff were polite and tried very hard to please us. The rooms are large and very nice and comfy with all mod cons. The only downside was it seemed as if there was no main management team for... More

This was a cottage stay, to be honest they are very dark, bit depressing to stay in for longer periods. This is due to the lack of windows. It's a dog friendly place. A very nice garden, indeed. The restaurant is excellent. The food could not be faulted especially the Sunday Lunch. Did not try the breakfast but at £9.99... More

Found this place out of the blue! What a stunning room and hotel. Hospitality was amazing, gorgeous bar area and great food. Peaceful and quiet , fantastic little getaway. Bonus Keith the General Manager is a massive rugby fan!! Will be returning in the very near future 10/10

We recently got married at this gorgeous hotel in the middle of the Presli mountains and it truly was the most perfect wedding venues. From the moment we went to view Gelli Fawr to the moment we left the day after our wedding everything was PERFECT. I am worried about over-using the word perfect but I honestly believe that it's... We've just come back from a wonderful weekend in one of their cottages which was done through a Groupon offer. The cottage was lovely and clean and the beds were very comfortable. They provided towels, duvets and sheets so we didn't need to bring anything with us. The kitchen was well equipment with everything you would need including a dishwasher... More

Stumbled upon this place whilst searching the internet for a last minute stay. Have never booked a cottage before so was delighted when three of us were allocated the Coach House, which is a lovely thick stone walled house that we had the bottom floor of. Light, airy and very clean and lots of little extras thought of to ensure... More
