Swimming pool not available to guests as hired out for private lessons, hotel food ABSOLUTELY NOT available for guests at any time, staff unhelpful and unfriendly, except Sonya and Charlotte who were lovely when they were on, locals in the bar were rude and appeared to dislike tourists!!! Short and to the point. Go there try it out. Hospitality excellent. Very clean. Excellent view and talk about relaxing after a days work, can`t fault anything. Staff bend over backwards to ensure your requirements are satisfied. more

This may not be your ordinary pristine hotel. but bland it is not. You are made to feel welcome from the very start. the staff are friendly and helpful and the views spectacular. it also has great access to Snowdonia. Anglesey and Carnafon. We had a fab time there for two weeks and were sad to leave. more
