We were really looked after by the excellent manager, Nadia, and felt special during our two stays here. She remembered us on the way back and upgraded us. Both times we stayed in the excellent new cabins built in the grounds which had everything you could need plus a lovely ambience with the Bridge and the River just outside the... More

Stayed one night on the Way. Room very clean and spacious in the main hotel. Food good and service was also very acceptable. A comfortable residents lounge on the ground floor is difficult to find but once there, complimentary sherry is available!

We wanted to visit Glencoe and was recommended this hotel. Check in was easy, we had a cabin in the gardens as a paid upgrade and was not disappointed. The bathroom although small is functional, the bed comfortable and the complimentary soaps etc first class. The rooms are lovely and warm. Decking outside our room gave us a place to... More

Had a wonderful evening at the hotel. The bar was absolutely packed. The rooms was comfortable and clean but it is pricy to stay here. The food was superb with a good choice. The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the buzz from the bar. The ales and whisky was of very high quality. The setting is out of... More

We stopped of here, only for coffee, on the way to and from our holiday further in the north of Scotland. On both occasions the service was slow, the bar area was littered with empty glasses and plates and generally a poor attitude to customer service. Coffee was lukewarm and gritty. I pass this way regularly going hillwalking in the... More

Review based on dining experience only. Arrived and had a look at the menu which looked quite good so decided to have dinner. We asked one of the members of staff if it would be possible to get a table for 2 and he said yes and wandered off leaving us at the bar. It took about 10 minutes before... More

Walking "The Way" (The West Highland Way) means that you pass this place and hotel. In depends how your hikingschedule is but it is a good choice of you would stay here for the night. The rooms are very nice and clean and are mostly situated in a new part next to the hotel. The (double) bed is big and... More

We arrived here after a wet afternoon on the West Highland Way. We could see the white buildings of the hotel from some distance and that encouraged us over the last stretch. Despite being soaking wet we received a very warm welcome from Nadia, the manager. She was extremely helpful and answered all our queries. We stayed in one of... More
