Stayed in this place last week as part of the West Highland Way. After a day of walking 20 miles and exhausted we arrived at Bridge of Orchy and were booked in to the Bridge of Orchy Sleeper. First problem was finding it. We walked past it as signs for it are few and far between and asked a local... More

Please don't stay here. Dirty. Damp and the owners are horrid. They should not be open. I feel that strongly about this place. Please please don't stay here. Not a nice place at all. We started are walk the next morning feeling dirty . Such a shame that they let down all the amazing effort the people of all the... More

My wife and I spent a night there while on West Highland Way...we didn't like it! The owners made an effort at being friendly, but I don't think it's something that comes naturally to them. They have no interest in making their guests' stay a pleasant experience, as all the other people we stayed with along the way did; there... More

Stayed here whilst walking the WHW over 5 days. The bunk room was clean and met our needs on such a tiring week. The location is outstanding, perfect and mesmerising. But the real quality which made this location the most memorable was the owners Steve and Helen, they went out of their way to make us welcome and feel at... More

Incredibly quirky and different but a fantastic. A little grubby but absolutely fine stay. Fantastic and friendly owners. What really struck me was the way they saw us as guests rather than customers, we had some really great chats!! Possibly a little pricy but certainly worth it!! Would certainly recommend!

Stayed here with some friends overnight during our trip on the wear highland way. The place is original but doesn't meet any standard. The rooms aren't cleaner and there is a shortage of fresh air in the room! You are being charged 7 pounds for sheets which is unreasonable. The owner is a friendly man and welcoming. I do not... Stayed here with my partner on the 23rd June whilst walking the West Highland Way. Friendly welcoming owners. As expected, very quirky, good value and 'different'. Comfortable bunks - three high X 3. Bathrooms OK. Didn't take the evening meal (Bridge of Orchy Hotel instead - just down the road 5 mins), but breakfast was fine. BYO and earplugs -... More

A group of us were hiking the West Highland Way and we stayed here on Easter Saturday. We enjoyed some lovely food in the evening. It would be very convenient for the train, if we didn't have to get to Fort William.
