Lift kept breaking down, I was told that breakfast wasn't included although when I showed them the confirmation email there was no apology, beds are hard, refused to serve me in the restaraunt as there was 12 in there already?????? Drinks very expensive, staff not very attemptive Hotel looks as though it should be pulled down

Went today with my family. Lovely meal great atmosphere. Bouncy Castle and clown making balloons for children. My grandaughter really enjoyed it. Food was lovely and our waitresses Amy and Caitlin were friendly and efficient. Would definitely return.

I spent a week here whilst working nearby. The welcome at reception was very short and gave no information about the hotel. The room was clean and basic. We stayed overnight,using the winter warmer offer,this includes B&B and a bottle of wine.The room was lovely & warm,clean & welcoming.The breakfast was very good & the staff were friendly & helpful.We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I booked this hotel in December because it was the closest one available to Glasgow airport which had a gym. The pictures online are a little deceiving as its surrounded by mirrors? There really isn't much kit and what they do have is very tired and needs replacing. They could do so much more with the space they have and... More

I enjoyed myself here. I got what I payed for couple of small problems the pool was too cold and busy and the weekend I stayed had a hen night with a theme night so very loud. But I still enjoyed it staff really friendly and helpful and my hot stone massage was great
