This hotel has great views of the Erskine Bridge, a pleasant riverside walk (if you can find it through the airport parking area) and is convienent for work and travel. However, only one lift was working and the staff struggled to serve dinner, which was unimpressive - the self-service breakfast was much better. A hotel that is losing it's way.... More

I have stayed here several times now and although the hotel in not four star quality it is extremely good value for money and a good choice if your are using the airport and want to leave your car. The rooms I have had have all been very clean and warm. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful, especialy... More

Pulling up outside my heart fell to my feet! This hotel looked grubby, dirty and so dated. We entered and made our way to the reception. We were greeted by "Fiona". This young lady should really apply for a back office job as we were left feeling we were not welcome. We asked for a refurbished room (as I had... More

Over the years whilst travelling in Scotland, we have stayed many times at this hotel, and have seen it change hands several times; however, we have never seen it in need of so much renovation. The lift was not working, leaving all guests to use the one remaining lift, resulting in long waits especially at check in/out and meal times.... More

Stayed for 4 nights and ended up having 4 different rooms. The first room I was given was already occupied my another guest! The second room I was given was next to the only working lift in the hotel which was operating constantly all day and night. After asking to be moved away from the lift I took another room... More

We stayed at this hotel on 12 May. We had some problems with the carpet being stained and the only hot water coming out of the shower. We can only praise Neil the duty manager for the way he dealt with these problems and a special mention to Rebecca in the dinning room who was a very helpful, cheerful waitress.... More

We wanted a hotel reasonably near to the airport, as we had a flight out in the morning and thought we would try the Erskine Bridge hotel.
