Very good reception, spacious rooms, warm, cosy and inviting common areas, excellent bar service! Dining experience where the food was good but they placed a table of 6 in cramped space when the restaurant was nearly empty spoiled an otherwise lovely experience.

I had been given a voucher for a two night stay at the Hotel. On arriving we were warmly greeted while booking in and taken to our room. The room was beautiful and very clean. There were roaring log fires in the Lounge, Bar and Dining room. The staff throughout our stay were very helpful and couldn't have been better.... More

This is a great family hotel run by the delightful and efficient Amy and her charming husband Ray. We were warmly welcomed by the staff and owners and had a much better than anticipated experience in this remote highland hotel. Our bedrooms were clean comfortable and warm. The public rooms were welcoming and the roaring fire in the hall was... More

We booked at the beginning of December for dinner on 30th December at Kincraig Castle hotel to enable us to take visitors for dinner to what we thought was a four star hotel. On arrival at Kincraig, we were met by a member of staff and we gave our name for a table we had booked for 7:30. Admittedly we... More

Just spent a wonderful 2 hours eating all sorts of goodies including scones and cream. We wanted something different to our usual Monday lunch get together and this place didn't let us down. I also had a Christmas lunch there last week again great meal and great service.

We recently spent 3 nights at this wonderful hotel, where we were really looked after by the owners and staff. Not knowing the local area, the owner spent time with us each evening giving us ideas of where we might visit and printing out maps for us so we wouldn't get lost! The food was outstanding - the breakfasts amazing... More

The approach to the hotel was beautiful, the building imposing and it was well located just off the A9. We were warmly welcomed and staff were very helpful throughout our stay. The ground floor common areas were lovely, very traditional and comfortable. However, the rooms were dated, poorly furnished and cold. The only positive things about my room were the... More

I regularly stay at the hotel whilst on business. The hotel is beautiful with loads of character, the staff are welcoming, friendly and warm. The food is excellent and the bar has a nice selection of malts to enjoy in front of the roaring open fire in the bar. The owners (Ray and Amy) can not do enough to make... More

Travelled up for a child free weekend, this hotel was a fantastic find for my birthday celebration. The hotel and rooms were well appointed and the food was delicious. We had a little hiccup at breakfast one of the mornings but the staff couldn't have done more to put it right. Customer service at its best.
