This was a planned stop on a cycling trip with 2 friends, from John O Groats to Lands End. This particular day was fairly brutal, with 2 big climbs into 40 mph headwinds, some hail, sun, rain - ie northern Scotland. Victoria's hospitality was superb. She happened to be on her way to the local curry place and offered to... More

I stayed at Clynelish Farm when I cycled from Lands End to John O Groats. I'm fairly well travelled and I can honestly say this is one my favourite B&B's ever! I had a great welcome, and was made to feel at home. The property is a working farm, and is in a great location with lovely hosts, and a... More

Jason and Victoria are terrific hosts in an amazing setting with lots and lots of sheep and electric blankets! The farm is charming and the food was great. They were really accommodating and Victoria even dropped our bags at our next destination!

We had a lovely stay in this large manor house, next door to the famous Clynelish distillery. Close to the town of Brora, pony trekking, Dunrobin Castle (traditional home of the Sutherland clan), and the sea. Host Victoria made a lovely breakfast, the beds were comfortable, and we awoke to bird song from the adjacent trees and fields. A glorious... More

Very nice large B&B located on a farm outside of Brora. The owner was very friendly and polite! Breakfast was great - loved the ginger and rhubarb jam! Would definitely stay here again if I was coming back to Brora.

Just a bit outside Brora, but not far from the town center is the Clynelish Farm located like a stately manor-house surrounded by big trees and a beautiful garden. Spacious rooms are nicely decorated. Extensive breakfast is served in the morning.Very nice host.

This farmhouse is a lovely old building with great facilities. Clean, comfortable room and Victoria is very welcoming and helpful. Bike storage was available and it is just a short walk into Brora to restaurants/shops. Breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit and plenty of choice. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here in June and looked after by Victoria, great house and the breakfast set up was great, even given fresh strawberries and blueberries as well as a full breakfast and your own bottle of fresh orange juice. Would definitely stay here again.
