Stopped at this hotel for only one night, I wish it could have been more. The hotel is set in Roy Bridge about 10 mile from Fort William. The location is superb with wonderful views of the Highlands. The couple who managed the hotel could not do enough for you and were efficient and attentive without being over the top, offering... more

We loved the Glenspean Lodge. The owners were friendly and very helpful. The location was excellent, and the views were wonderful. The breakfasts were great, We had three dinners here and the food was very good. The service was slow one night, but they were very busy. We appreciated the free internet access. Very quiet at night - comfy beds. more

Originally we planned to stay Inverlochy Castle, Scotland’s probably best Hotel – or so they say. Due to difficulties with their online booking tool, we opted fort he Glenspean Lodge, which turned out to be a very wise and money saving decision. The hotel is managed by the owner couple, hard working and extremely friendly people who are at the... more

We stayed at Glenspean for only 1 night.I wish we had more time. The hotel was 10 miles from Fort William, which is very busy and touristy to my liking. I made the reservation through booking.com so I was not even aware that it was a Best Western. I don't know if it is a good thing to carry that... more

My partner and I stayed at Glenspean Lodge for 2 nights in Aug-09. The owners were so welcoming, and the "hello" from their parrot was a unique surprise. Don't worry - they take him to bed at night, so he's no disturbance at all! Located just 15 minutes from Ft. William, this hotel has beautiful views from the restaurant and... more

Our amazing experience started when we drove up the hotel driveway. The hotel is beautiful, it is in a picturesque setting with amazing views and has a well kept garden. The owners and staff were all so friendly, welcoming and attentive. Our room was tastefully decorated with luxurious soft furnishings and was immaculate, and what a view. The food was... more

We did not stay overnight at this hotel but we did visit here quite a few times in one week! We were staying in self catering accommodation close by and we had drinks in the bar a few times and also ate in the bar of the Glen Spean Lodge twice. The owners of the Lodge and all the staff... more

The hotel is about 10 miles out of Fort William. The owners are wonderful as is the ambiance and the location. It is a real romantic getaway and the food is 5 stars. Rooms are just big enough and the building reminds you of a Disney movie. more

I dont think I have ever been so disappointed with the food served at this hotel.I must have guessed it was going to be poor as I was the only guest in the dining room and was shocked as other reviews about the food had been so promising.Something must have happened at this hotel recently as the hotel was practically... more

The Glenspean Hotel is perfect in every way. It is clean, welcoming with fantastic food, which offers a delightful dining room or a bar menu for a more relaxed dining. The hosts are more than happy to help with any questions you may have. We stayed for 4 nights and the overall experience would be one we would do again.... more
