“Reliable choice at heathrow”

Dear Guest thank you for your comments regarding the hotel and indeed you are correct in stating that nearly all the hotels at heathrow operate the Hotel Hoppa and as such there does need to be a little time for arriving at the hotel. I usually travel up the night before and stay at an airport hotel if I have an early flight. I'm now a huge fan of the Hilton brand so was surprised to see a airport hotel at a good price. For an airport hotel very good, lovely large room, tidy and well decorated, 5 mins max in the car(or taxi) from T5, we flew from T4 and it was 10 mins and £15 in a taxi

“Dissaponting stay!”

A word of warning, this hotel is 10 min from terminal 5 and not many cab drivers know that this hotel exists! The service is extremely slow and the food is very average. All in all not great value for money at all!

“Misleading location and rude management”

This hotel is nowhere near the airport terminal even though the name of the hotel includes "Heathrow Terminal 5." You have to pay for a Hoppa bus to/from the airport that is at least four pounds each way and does not have adequate room for several large suitcases. “Excellent Hotel and not that far from terminal 5”

The new T5 Hilton is lovely. It's just over 5 minutes by taxi to Terminal 5. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We upgraded to an Exec room which I would recommend. Hilton Heathrow "Terminal 5" is quite new and quite nice, but let's be up front with this: it is certainly not at the terminal (unlike the Hilton Heathrow Terminal 4).
