Very confusing! There are two Premier Inns within a short distance of each other but separated by a busy main road. I went to the wrong one and was initially alarmed that the receptionist could not find my booking. However, she helpfully found my booking at the other Premier Inn and, after a few wrong turns, my wife and I... More

It's probably the best hotel around St Neots. But it doesn't mean it is very good. In general this place is: -Very Clean -Helpfull staff -Acceptable food -Awfull, stinky old rooms -Bad location, really far from town centre -Bad relation of price to quality If you don't have any reason to stay in St Neots, just pick any other hitel... I sayed here with a group of 5. The premier inn itself is excellent large airy room and very quiet. The staff are very friendly and helpfull and nothing is too much trouble. The same can"t be said about the pub next door the bar staff were not very hepfull at all. They seemed to be a bit overwhelmed by... More

We booked this fairly "last minute", and although not exactly where we wanted to be it was only a few miles away, and was easy to get to. There Inn was clean and comfortable, and although close to a busy junction we were surprised it was not too noisy even with the windows open [which could be essential during the spring/summer... We spent five nights here recently and are very glad we did. We wanted to be staying not too far from Cambridge but also within striking distance of Oxford so we could meet up with family. This hotel fitted the bill perfectly. The service was good but unobtrusive. The location is convenient for the A1 and not too noisy. The... More

This was yet another stay for us in a Premier Inn and this lived up to their advertised standards. Situated in a great location just if the A1, it was a perfect choice as a rest stop for a one night stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious and the staff helpful, friendly and very professional. We had good... More

I used this hotel while on a business trip, and from the moment I walked into reception I was warmly greeted by the chap at the desk, who then very efficiently processed by details, gave me my key and went through all the details in regards to the good night sleep policy, along with directions and details for breakfast the... Rooms looking a bit tired with no air on and a bit stuffy but opened windows and was ok. Young chap on reception... More

Stayed for two nights during end of May, great location for my short business trip. Very helpful staff and room very clean and comfortable. Beakfadt served in pub across the car park which was ideal. Breakfast on the Wednesday was lovely, freshly cooked and delicious, however breakfast on the Thursday seemed to have been warmed up as it was very... More

Room was stuffy but couldn't open window because of loud traffic noise (no air con). The bed and pillows were comfortable as usual. Breakfast wasn't up to usual standard, croissants were inedible and there wasn't any fruit salad or skimmed milk. Young member of staff on reception was miserable, rude and unhelpful.
