Room was clean and tidy however the walls are very thin and it is a very noisy hotel at all times of the day and night. If you want a good nights sleep don't stay here. Breakfast is served 8 til 10 and we arrived at 9.30, there were no sausages or bacon and you had to ask the staff... More

We had great trouble finding the hotel (using google map) and were greeted by a very friendly receptionist when we eventually found it. She warned us about 3 parties going on until midnight so we were fore-warned. Our room was huge but stuck in the late 60's/early 70's! The decor, fixtures and fittings in the lobby, corridor and our room... More

Big bedrooms, tiny bathrooms, windows that don't fit, radiators that throw out more heat than a reactor - even when turned off and a breakfast that was barely edible. Good job the staff were really helpful and pleasant otherwise this was looking at a one star.

Basic clean room. Windows didn't fit but room was warm. No bedside lamps. Very noisy indoors and out. Food poor eg overpriced sandwiches made with budget sliced bread. Vegetarian option at dinner was a dry, tasteless pastie. Not enough water on the tables in the function room. We were attending a function on the first floor but had to keep... More

A large, clean room, friendly and helpful staff and a very tasty breakfast. The position of the hotel right next to the M25 meant that the road noise was quite noticeable despite the double glazing. We were there for a party and there was a flood in the party room but the staff quickly and efficiently sorted out another room... More

I've stayed here a few times because it's cheap so I don't expect the Ritz. Monday evening was cold, when I went to my room after eating at 9pm the radiator was not warm. I rang down to reception and was told that the heating did not come on til 9-30, I said "so I have to freeze for another... More

Overall pretty shabby and the whole place felt chilly. Food in the restaurant was ok, but service a bit dodgy, similar at breakfast. The view from the room was the M25, but around there what do you expect. Price was £68 for the night, and for that not too bad value

I can't really add much to the other poor reviews except the room was basic, shower connected to the mains taps so pressure varied according to other nearby room users. asked for my burger to be cooked "medium rare" and was told this was not possible...I imagine as there is no medium rarer setting on the micro-wave.The fact that the... Was checked in by a very young, very efficient and helpful receptionist. I didn't think to check for accessibility but room 210 was up 6 (small) flights of stairs (no lift) and although we are in reasonable condition one of us has a dodgy back and one a dodgy knee (we managed okay but tossed a coin for 'you go... Having had a look at the photos on TripAdvisor for this hotel it looks like the quality of the rooms vary enormously but the majority of them looked nice so despite some of the reviews decided to chance it as we only needed the room for one night. The hotel is deceptively large and check in was quick and very... More
