Having stayed in numerous hotels that week, it was just so refreshing to find one that just had everything you could possibly want (except possibly a central location !!).
The staff were predominantly British which is unusual in the hotel trade these days but refreshing. They were attentive, helpful and made you feel like you were a guest and that...

This hotel is a preferred choice for anyone visiting Bristol on a business visit. It has an excellent pool and spa facility which is not available in other close by hotels.
Pros :

Just come back from an overnight stay here, fantastic, our room was a little small and they had forgot to add a fold away bed for our eldest daughter, but within 10 mins of contacting reception we were moved in to a family suite, complete with fresh milk and chocolate bars in the fridge. We ate at the restaurant in...

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times for business and it is a little dated and pricey for what you get. The lunches are really nice for business conferences, but the meeting rooms are dimly lit and and in need of refurbishment.
Im afraid to say that we are now going to another hotel in the area...

We were at this hotel for a wedding reception. My first impressions were not good as it has a distinctly ‘80’s’ feel to it. The corridors and rooms are quite cluttered and dark. On a more positive note the staff were friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was up to a good standard.
The dining area is...

It's really nice, the only gutting thing was missing out on the swimming as I was I'll and couldn't use the pool, not sure I agree with the normal price but for the £60 we...

Relaxing enjoyable day-surprisingly quiet. The pool is stunning (especially evenings when the lights are on), comfortable seating & lounging area, jacuzzi, steam room & sauna, all as you would expect. Changing room/shower facilities particularly well thought out good lighting & mirrors, full size hair-dryers.
Unfortunately the bar staff ruined our experience, they are particularly slow, no apology for the unnecessary...

We stayed in a family room, which I think was a converted syndicate room. With a pulldown double bed and two z-bed type singles (fine for out 6 and 2 year olds). Room was large in size, although bathroom was very small. The fluffy robes for the whole family, including special child sized ones were a nice touch, as were...
