Almost perfect, stayed 3 nights in room no1. Plenty of room with very good bathroom. Ample parking at rear of inn, a 10 minute walk will see you to the station and only a couple to the High street. The young hotel staff are very friendly and professional, rooms cleaned to perfection. Breakfast has a good variety to choose from.... More

Spent two nights with bed and breakfast. We stopped in the stable block where the room was not huge but very clean, comfortable and quiet just like we asked. The bathroom was of a very good standard, both bathroom and bedroom had more than ample heating, in fact we turned the heating down as it was to warm. Couldn't fault... More

My girlfriend and I recently stayed here for a night on a Saturday. All staff were very friendly and the food was excellent. After a late night, a few drinks and dinner, we went back to our room situated in the out building in the car park. The room was very clean and modern and the bed was really comfortable.... More

We booked in for one night, into the rooms above the pub, they look like they have recently been refurbished, clean tidy and modern, perfect for a night or two stay, you are above a pub so expect a little noise but not enough to course any real concern. We also had dinner in the restaurant, good modern traditional pub... More

Lovely second stay over Christmas. As usual the staff were lovely and the food was great. The rooms in the stable blocks are nice. Bit noisy on Christmas Eve due to the smokers outside the bar but otherwise good stay. Eggs Benedict really nice. Will go again.

Stayed one night before a shopping trip to Ashford. Lovely little village setting. We were fortunate the night was that of the Christmas fair. Our room was in the stable block. It has been refurbished to a very high standard. The room was small but more than adequate, lovely well fitted bathroom and a most comfortable bed. There were little touches... More

We have eaten here a few times over the years and never had a bad experience, we were looking for somewhere quiet & friendly for a Sunday afternoon and chose here. We couldn't have made a better choice. The girls serving were very polite and cheerful, the food just hit the spot. We both had the roast lamb and were... More

Just spent a night at this b&b whilst visiting a friend's wedding. The rooms are all newly refurbished to a very high standard. Lovely bed and bathroom with little touches that you'd normally expect from a much pricier chain hotel. Breakfast was included and was delicious with a wide range of cooked to order options. I simply cannot fault either... More

We stayed for one night to visit nearby Canterbury. Staff were friendly and the check in process was very easy. Stayed in the newer rooms separate to the pub which were pretty new and finished to a high standard. Walls were perhaps a little thin although maybe our neighbour could have turned their tv down a touch. Breakfast was lovely,... More

I am always disappointed when I book a room and discover it is external to the main building. I also dislike being given a room for disabled guests. The shower curtain needed cleaning. I requested a quiet room and was given one next to the pump room ! constant noise all the time. I did leave a complaint with the... More
