We loved our stay here in march it was lovely. We got a great welcome and tour around the place.. friendly animals and such a quiet peaceful place to get away from the world and relax, but brilliant that you can drive 20 mins down the road to lincoln town center. Definatly would recommend people to come to this destination... More

Chose to stay at this b&b due to the great reviews and the suitability of the areas we wanted to visit, one being Lincoln town centre to see the christmas market. When we arrived the owners were friendly, accommodating and informative on things we wanted to know as well as advice on other places we could go and visit. The... More

Never inclined to write reviews on anything, I'm impelled on this occasion to publicly declare that the four days my wife and I stayed at KMF were the most enjoyable we've ever spent in any B&B or Hotel. The house is rich in historical character and set in beautiful countryside but it was the home that was so special; utterly... More

I am always cautious of places with only "Very Good" or "Execllent" reviews as I tend to question who wrote them and what their connection is. However, Kingthorpe Manor Farm more than lived up to expectation. The animals were great, host fantastic and the house superb. I really have not stayed in a B and B this good before. Well... More

We have now stayed at Kingthorpe Manor Farm in one of the Eco Huts twice within a month of each other. It is truly a little slice of heaven, and if like us, you are tired of the hustle and bustle of daily life and the never ending stress of work, head to Kingthorpe Manor Farm to ‘glamp’ as soon... Kingthorpe Manor Farm is truly delightful. We stayed in the house (B&B). I requested an early check in, which was no problem. On our arrival back that evening, we had fresh coffee served in our room. We were made to feel very welcome, the owners very relaxed and helpful, and the dogs friendly! Breakfast was excellent and all locally sourced.... More

It was the location that drew me to Kingthorpe, the two boys and myself had a very relaxing time, thanks hugely to Glenys and Patrick, who made sure everything we wanted was covered. Fresh tea and coffee on request with fresh milk was a real bonus. The two boys enjoyed exploring the grounds and seeing all the animals. Their local... More

What a gem.only stayed one night, but could happily stayed a lot longer. A very warm welcome from Patrick and Glenys on our arrival. Popped out for a meal in a local pub (average grub). On our return we were offered a cup of tea, which we accepted. Next thing, tea pots big cups and saucers, with all the paraphernalia ,TV turned on,all... More

We have just returned from a really lovely 2 night stay in one of the eco-huts. It exceeded our expectations as far as 'glamping' goes and was a perfect mix of relaxing and unwinding in comfort whilst absorbing the beauty of the outdoors, the countryside and farm gardens. As tired new parents my partner and I were looking for a... More

This was our first visit and Patrick went out of his way to make us feel welcome. Wonderful, peaceful house with large, comfortable bedrooms and plenty of space downstairs to lounge around. The breakfasts were superb - lots of fresh fruit and perfectly cooked local produce. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be returning.
