We had a two night stay at this lovely hotel in Somerset and really enjoyed ourselves. The room was so comfortable and well furnished. Facilities were excellent and staff superb. Breakfast was good, cold buffet was fairly basic but enjoyable, Hot choices were good and good quality produce, service excellent. Would return.

A couple of small things spoiled our weekend at the Northover. My girlfriend and I were given room 1. We returned to the room after a nice meal and drink to find beetles on our floor next to the bed. Booked this on a deal from another website, this was a two night stay with an evening meal of two courses and a bottle of wine. Food was of a good standard as was the free bottle of wine. Rooms were comfortable, you do have a to book a hair dryer but we took our own, so no great hardship.... More

Stayed as part of a business trip for 7 nights over 2 separate weeks. Room was clean, comfortable and very good value for money. Ate at the hotel 5 out of 7 nights and each night the food was very good. Above all else, however, the staff were first class. I highly recommend this hotel.
