We stayed here for 2 days as part of our UK trip. It is easy to recommend this B&B. Hosts are personable and friendly and like a chat. Breakfast was varied - continental plus a variety of cooked "English breakfasts". The room was clean and roomy, and had a small bar with beers etc at reasonable prices (not the usual... More

What a lovely Bed and Breakfast. Friendly welcome. Our room was upgraded when we arrived so that was a nice surprise. The rooms were a good size, clean, comfortable beds, tea/coffee making and a mini bar. The breakfast was really good, and the service was brilliant nothing was to much trouble. Will defiantly go back.

Lovely room, great shower. Mini fridge well stocked and great freshly cooked breakfast. Good price. The town itself is beautiful with lovely walks around the country park...well worth a visit? Larger double room in annexe worth the extra money

Our second stay..this time in the main building Unfortunately the rooms in the courtyard were booked For the modest extra I recommend those rooms The room in the main building was comfortable and warm but the double bed was small Breakfast was tasty...as some others have mentioned some fruit yogurt and cheese would have been welcome for those of us... I stayed two nights and was very comfortable. The fried egg at breakfast was the most perfectly cooked I have ever eaten. Just a suggestion some fruit & yoghourt at breakfast would be nice. The recommendations of places to eat locally was very helpful.
