The hosts kirsty and luke were most hospitable serving us tea and cakes on arrival, they were delicious and all homemade. The bedrooms are beautiful... More

I recently stayed at Elmfield House whilst visiting the local area on business. With work having already booked the accommodation for me, I read the trip advisor reviews, browsed the photo's and surveyed the surrounding area to plan ahead for a 7 day stay. I was greeted by Kirsty on arrival who was very welcoming and friendly. She gave me... More

We only stayed one night - on a (VERY) wet, windy night in November. A very warm welcome - and lovely home-baked apple cake with coffee on arrival! Nothing was too much trouble and helpful advice about where to go for dinner. Rooms were great - spacious and quiet. Breakfast was very tasty with generous portions! Great, convivial experience!

Set in a beautiful part of North Yorkshire this B&B gives you great access to the surrounding areas. The place it's self is set back away from the main road in beautiful grounds with a fantastic woodland trail and fishing lake complete with it's very own Kingfisher & Heron competing for the catch of the day. We had the opportunity... More

We only booked a week or so before our holiday, which necessitated a change of rooms during our stay. But am I glad we took the chance, for it was one of the pleasantest b & b's I've stayed in. Clean and attractive rooms; excellent breakfast; friendly owners: what better?

North Yorkshire is beautiful with many lovely attractions and restaurants, some well promoted and some less well known, and we are really happy to discuss them with... More
