Everything was fine; service and quality fair for 3 stars, you feel like home. Restaurant very good, excellent traditional food from this part of the country. The area is full of hiking trails; you can visit all the valleys from Rarau to Giumalau and etc.

We arrived at night and we were checked-in fast. The place is clean and they have a good organization. the prices are average. The only think I didn't like was the fact that the employee from the reception was in a hurry to close but I think was for the late hour.

The staff here are warm and welcoming and nothing seems to be a problem for them. I have stayed in many hotels in Romania but this is by far the best. It is clean and the rooms are on a larger scale than most and have quality inclusions throughout. The price is very reasonable and they have a wonderful breakfast... More

little family hotel friendly people good food and drinks. We reserved for a group of 22 people so did not have to choose but the street side is indeed noizy because of the big trucks that pass the all night unther your window. If you have time visit the village in the neighborhood: a short walk and you are on... More

I have to go to this destination once in a while so I have every time to sleep in this area...so that I tried out more hotels in Gura Humorului, Campulung, Vatra Dornei, Sucevita...and for sure, this is the best hotel in Bucovina. It is 3 stars now, but they are in the process of making all the necesary diligences... More

Staff - they're great. Really helpfull and friendly. Not so bad with their english. Everyone was really ambicable, and smiled. I didn't booked any rooms before arrival, but it didn't changed anything - people from staff done everything to help me and my family, though that it was 1 a.m. Rooms - I was in the apartament and I was... Hotel Eden is clean, modern, comfortable. We found it to be a perfect, central location to visit the painted monasteries of Bucovina, and a much quieter, quainter spot to stay in than in nearby Suceava -- which is bigger, noisier, and more expensive. The food at Hotel Eden is truly excellent, with a complete breakfast buffet, and many traditional romanian... More

If you have survived the pot holed roads and hairy driving to get this deep into Transylvania you may be glad of any port in a storm but the glowing report in LP seems a bit wide of the mark. Plus points, clean rooms, little spartan, SWiss Chalet effect. Parking outside. Minus , had deep fried earwig served with my... More
