Warm welcome which is always a great start ...
Our room was on the 3rd floor with views to die for ..... Bed really comfortable, Great shower etc..
The only down side was no Lift or help to lug bags to the 3rd floor...
Breakfast was perfect with a great range of choices .... Handy to all what Bettmeralp has...
