We stopped at the Hotel Postillon for lunch (it is also a restaurant). We ordered some crepes. When they arrived, one looked so unappetising (it was inundated with sloppy, melted cheese, a shame when you think that the region is reknown for its fantastic alpine cheeses, and cheese dishes for that matter) that we had to send it back.
