Though out of the way and difficult to reach except by Taxi, This resort is magnificent and is set in the heart of the rain forest overlooking the lake. Units need updating but the view from the lake front units makes you want to spend the day in your private balcony overlooking the lake.

The lake was beautiful, Customer service was wonderful. However the room is terrible - the air-conditioning was loud and got louder in the night. Sounds like the fan is blowing up at one point. I had to switch off the a/c unit. The toilet was damp and moldly at certain places. Did not use the wardrobe, instead kept my clothes... More

Lake Kenyir is a beautiful resort with reasonably well maintained rooms. The staff was very helpful and cooperative. The food was good my kids liked it. The resort was having very... More

We spent a few nights in this hotel and had some visits - to the waterfall as well as the elephant shelter. The views from the hotel are stunning - a beautiful place. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel - not the best but okay. The small cabins/rooms were very nice. It seems that new management was trying... More

This place could be really great. The position of the resort at the lake is fantastic. Unfortunately the place is not well maintained. We planed two nights, but we got a room for one night only because the next day the hotel was fully booked.....fortunately. The chatel are old, the aircon is not working properly, the bathroom is not very... More

Magnificient view of the lake. Breathtaking. Simply wonderful. Sound of nature is every where. The chalets were spacious and neat. However, some chalets are kinda run down and may need to be refurbished. Food selection at the cafe was pretty limited yet sufficient. Besides the limited selection offered by the ala carte menu they mostly tasted good. You'll love this... More
