We stayed for 2 nights. The check-in was fast and good. We got connecting rooms as asked for. If you dont get a chalet near the main building will you need a hotelcar to and from your chalet. They are quick to come when you call them. The chalet was ok. I dont think their is done any maintainance since... More

Came to this resort after staying at Kuantan Rocana Hotel. Luckily I book online, because at the reception, my villa was like 600+Rm whereas I book at 350Rm (Lakeview). sat the buggy to reach my villa, once in bathroom was big, real big. Room was also big with bed and sofa, comes with balcony as well facing the lake. The... More

Considering that Lake Kenyir is the largest man-made lake in Malaysia it seems a bit odd that this is the only resort near the lake. It's a bit past it's prime, but the location on the banks of the lake, the large property, the relative quiet, the friendly staff and the scenery make up for it. Worth spending a weekend.... More

I spent a lot of time just relaxing over the balcony, dozing off to the incessant chirping of the birds. The resort, retains a rustic charm, with its wooden cottages spread out along the lake, one can easily be fooled into thinking this is a birds' paradise. It is the first time I am in a resort with so much... More

This resort is certainly well past its prime. As mentioned by previous visitors, it is run-downed, and is sorely in need of a good refurbishment and perhaps, a re-branding. None of the facilities are fully functional. The air-conditioner was working overtime trying to keep the room 'lukewarm'. The advertised Day-Trips and Tours were a disappointment. Even the fish were as... More

We reach at the resort around 8.30pm , so when we arrive we have to wait 15mins of the buggy service from the car park waiting area! Check-in was smooth, but no information given about the resort, asked for deposit then given the room key straight away to the room, pretty sad such a name HERITAGE RESORT should be more... More

Only Malaysians can destroy this kind of opportunity for tourist business. The place is not maintained at all and rooms/chalets have a bad mould issue. And.... No alcohol served there, is a Muslim place.

the lake is beautiful but the resort is not a resort. the room bedding was dirty with sand and insects. looked like it was never changed. The worst breakfast and waiters whom lauughed off guests complaints. they had stale pastries and watery butter and a muddy fish dish and NO eggs for breakfast. we were to afraid to try eating... This must have been a first class resort 25 years ago. Today it looks like a team of young scoots found the resort abandonned last month and decided to reopen it without any sort of renovation. High points: - spectacular view - almost empty. You'll have to big swimming pool to yourself - smiling and dynamic staff (Some of the... More
