The location of the hotel is convenience, it is within the vicinity of Kuah duty free shops, restaurants, Eagle Square and Taman Lagenda. Big reception and traditional wooden design room with 2 Queen size beds, however the bathroom needs refurbishment, the water heater was not working. To switch on the hot and cold waters, you will have to stretch your... More

Booked 2 family rooms for 5 nights. Overall, we were satisfied. Super location, clean and comfortable. Weird smell at first but after a while we all get used to it. The staffs are very friendly and helpful and nice. Parking was a bit troublesome but then everywhere would be the same during this period.

I like the location and the staff is execellent in their service and friendlyness. there is always someone to help you if you have a problem. The staff was very friendly even though we were traveling with backpacks! As our flight left late, we could keep our room without any extra cost until 1400 hrs. We could leave our bags... More

spent a total of 4 nights here with my husband. A decent hotel with the most strategic location as it is near the jetty point and is the center to duty free shopping at Kuah Town. I would definitely recommend this hotel for ladies who love shopping (as I do) and considering its price, it did not burden our trip... More
