stayed at Banyu Biru Villas with a group of 5. For its price quite OK, but definitely nothing special. The Property (whole Nirwana Gardens) is extremely aged and (physically) not well maintained. Some areas/parts seem to fall apart completely. Nevertheless settled in a beautiful environment with wonderful beaches. Sadly they do not care about upgrade or even keep the standards.... More

Stayed a night with a group of friends. We had booked 2 villas and were able to check-in earlier at about 1pm. We were then brought to our villas by the buggy driven by the hotel staff. The surrounding of the villas were pretty and peaceful. The areas were well kept and trimmed. The inside of the villas were clean... More

The best thing about Banyu Binru is that it caters for large families and friends who wish to stay together as a group. That's just about where good things end. I was quite disappointed as the villa turned out to be as good in standard as with a chalet. There was no air con in the living room, the TV... More

Bintan island is just an hour boat ride away from Singapore. Am surprised by the number of holiday goers, golfers and cyclists who goes there! We are a group of 8 friends who decided to book a villa for a short weekend trip. Owned by Nirwana Gardens, we took the shuttle bus to the neighbouring Nirwana resort in the morning.... More

If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy water sports on a real beach, after doing your GSS shopping this June, this the nearest and probably the cheapest place to go from Singapore. Going there will only take 50mins by ferry. From ferry terminal they will pick you up with their bus and will take around 15mins... More

My family and I went on a 3 days 2 night trip to Banyu Villa. We had about 13 people altogether in the villa. We brought our own food from Singapore mostly to accomodate for the stay. Good Points : Friendly Locals Good Buggy Service Nice Beach Cool Mini Zoo The locals were definitely nice. They are nice to talk... More

Booked the 2 room villa...The villa is a 2 storey accommodation of which only the rooms are air conditioned. But that's fine as we went during the rainy season where the weather was nice and cooling. Within walking distance is the beach. There is also a swimming too that has a mini bar where me and my gfs spend most... More

Good service and very friendly staff. However resort requires a real upgrade in view of the prices for accommodation and especially food. Restaurants carry a singapore price tag but quality is low with a lot of ready made food and not freshly prepared, do not try the fruit shakes at the pool bar...

This is my 5th stay with Nirwana and our 1st at the Banyu Biru villas. My husband, my brother-in-law and myself stayed at a 2 bedroom Villa for 3 nights 4 days for my husband's birthday celebration. Although the villas are in dire need for upgrades, the villa was clean and tidy and the aircon worked perfectly as did the... More
