reception staff are friendly and helpful. the cabanas are decent but expensive at S$150 a night with almost zero amenities. bring an umbrella, as the cabanas are in outdoors and there is no phone to call the reception for assistance. Breakfast is sumptuous but is a 10min walk away, to the next Nirwana resort, likewise with most facilities such as... More

I tried booking MayangSari and Nirwana Resort hotel, both were full over the Good Friday weeked. The only choice i had was "Nirwana Beach Club". Looked pretty good from the photos and the reviews sounded quite good and balanced too. I wasnt expecting the best of places so i was prepared for it. I reached the ferry terminal and was... More

This was second time we stayed at this hotel so not many surprises. It is maybe not a super quality hotel, but for kids aged 8 and up, it has a wide range of activities which makes the stay more than just poolside relaxation. (but be aware that all activities come at a singapore price). Staff are friendly and rooms... More

Cabana rooms look smaller in real-life, very simple and a bit on the old side. bedsheets dont look very clean, and are furring. Toilet is very basic. service is average, should have told us that the whole of Nirwana is walking distance, instead of making us wait for the bus that comes every 30mins! a lot of time wasted on... I've stayed in many of Bintan's hotels, fron private islands to Banyan Tree to the regular hotels like Nirwana Gardens. And its fair to say that the holiday island of Bintan caters to all tastes and all budgets. But to be honest, Nirwana Gardens Beach Club is close to the bottom of the food chain, and having recently spent a... More

We stayed in Nirwana Beach Club in November in the middle of the week. Therefore there were not too much guests... I found it a little bit sad...but despite of that the place is amazing beautiful and even if rooms are a bit old we felt there great! The territory of Nirwana Gardens is huge with many restaurants and activities!... More

I stayed in the Nirwana Beach Club, which are cabana's just a few mins from the beach. The cabana's although looking a little old are clean, roomy and comfortable. They have ensuite facilities which is equally clean. The resort overall is excellent, you can walk around or take the shuttle and it feels very safe to be out alone at... More

This is the cheapest way to go the ever growing and ever inflating Bintana Indonesia. It is 100 meters from the beach, with a small road and restaurant/bar in between. The cabins are small and simple but clean and more than adequate. If you are a 5star only with room service this is not the place for you. But for... More

We were worried that it wouldn't be as good as the first time when we booked a holiday in Bintan two years ago, but it was just as good! We loved the beach huts - they are simple but clean with effective air conditioning. I don't believe all the bad reviews for this place because we absolutely love it, but... More
