This is a wonderful old wooden chalet in a hidden valley, standing beneath a mountain peak and beside a river. The rooms are comfortable, the food excellent, and the service cordial. We've cosied under its winter snow blanket and cooled under its pines during summer heat, and each time it's been just what we needed. Try the smoked meats, potatoes with cheese, fresh veg, homebaked pastries and spa water so pure and fresh it tastes sweet. If you're not happy here you won't be in any hotel. But then please keep this real find to yourself.
