The hotel is situated at the end of a local road with its gardens leading to the waters of Lake Brienz. Consequently the hotel is fairly tranquil with lake and mountain views abounding. Local ferry boats call at its landing stage, the local bus and trains are all within walking distance and can be used free within the Interlaken district... More

Nice to have breakfast with a beautiful view of the lake. Take bus 102 from Interlaken Ost stop Ringgenburg Post. Hotel also has a private ferry stop. Free wi-fi. We had a very small room but were not there much. Other rooms had nice views of the lake. The bathroom IS the shower. No frills but great views.

A very good family run hotel with the best views of all the places we stayed in switzerland. The breakfast was not great but just fine. The hotel is a bit far from city and buses and boats are avaliable nearby within every 20 mins. views so wonderful that you will forget everything else.

If you are looking for a Hilton or Marriott, this isn't the place. But if you are looking for a clean, nice, quiet hotel that is set in the most beautiful location on earth, then this is the place for you. The price is good, and the management is friendly.
